In order to keep the products innovative, the Rise Cupcakes menu rotates with seasonal favorites and theme-based cupcakes. Sometimes it is difficult to decide which one you want to try, but there are 4 flavors that I really cherish.
This cupcake earns its name by being a crowd pleaser through the years. I am not the only one who loves this cupcake. It is made from red velvet cake. Vanilla buttercream frosting is used for a topping, and a cute little red heart is placed on the side.

I can never resist anything that has cinnamon. This cupcake consists of cinnamon and spice cake that is brushed in butter (even more delightfu). Then it is dipped in cinnamon sugar and topped with cinnamon buttercream and drizzled with chocolate ganache.
This one features my favorite fruit. Fresh chopped strawberries are mixed with vanilla cake. It is topped with strawberry buttercream frosting and white chocolate shavings.
OK, I think this is my absolute favorite (until the menu changes). This delicious cupcake is made from brown sugar Kahlua cake. It is topped with coffee buttercream. The finishing touches are a drizzle of salted caramel and chocolate ganache.
If you can not decide which one to choose, there is a solution for this dilemma. The bakery offers the option of purchasing 2 dozen mini-cupcakes.
-Uses fresh seasonal ingredients from local growers.
-A dessert that has fresh natural vitamins.
-Runs out of cupcakes by noon or mid-afternoon. "The early bird gets the worm!"
-Too difficult to make a selection.
Rise Cupcakes demonstrates that it is a forward thinking bakery. It is not your usual bakery. Brittany Todd leads her crew in producing a high-quality product. Repeat customers are proof of this.
